I founded Thai Me Up Restaurant in 2000 as Jackson Hole, Wyoming’s first Thai restaurant. I have traveled throughout Thailand and Indonesia as well as eaten at Hundreds of Thai Restaurants in 12 different countries. I developed a love affair with Thai food and used my years of culinary training to share my creations with you. As the first Thai restaurant in Jackson we have set the bar with our consistency and quality. We use only the freshest vegetables from Muir Copper Canyon Farms. We use authentic and hard to find ingredients that most Thai restaurants skimp on – Thai Basil, Palm Sugar, Tiparos fish sauce and Thai Chilies to name a few. |
