Grilling the Chefs
It’s time to find out where Jackson’s chefs go when they are not preparing fine food at their own establishments. This annual feature gives locals and visitors ideas for special occasions or everyday fare.
Chefs were asked about where they go for breakfast, lunch and dinner – none were allowed to brag about their own place – as well as a few select secrets they were willing to share. Their responses include consideration of food, service and atmosphere.
